1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Tango Lima Media's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, trial users, and paid subscribers.
2. Description of Service
Tango Lima Media provides a personalized review boosting system that automatically asks every client for a Google review once each job is complete — no relying on employees to ask. Our service includes automated review requests by text or email, automated review responses, personalized images, social review posting, CRM integration, and a smart review routing system. Every client also receives a complimentary Google Business Profile review and optimization at no additional cost, covering an audit of your business information, primary and secondary categories, services, business description, hours, contact information, service area, photos, profile completeness, and general profile cleanup. We offer subscription plans with a 14-day free trial for new accounts.
3. Subscription Plans & Billing
We offer three plans — Starter ($99/mo, 1–50 requests), Growth ($199/mo, 51–120 requests), and Pro ($299/mo, 121–300 requests). All plans include a 14-day free trial. After the trial, billing is monthly with no long-term contracts. You may cancel anytime without penalty. Request volume limits reset each billing cycle.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including Google's review policies. You must not submit fake reviews, incentivize reviews in a manner that violates platform policies, or use the service to mislead consumers. You are responsible for the accuracy of customer contact information you upload.
5. Google Business Profile Integration
Certain features require connecting your Google Business Profile. You are responsible for maintaining the necessary permissions and for any activity performed through your connected account. You may disconnect the integration at any time.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, branding, and materials provided by Tango Lima Media remain our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our services without our written consent.
7. Trial & Cancellation
The 14-day free trial gives you full access to evaluate the platform. Trial features may be limited. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
8. Limitation of Liability
Tango Lima Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee specific results in Google rankings or review volume. Google Business Profile optimization is designed to strengthen profile completeness, accuracy, relevance, reputation, and local visibility, and we do not guarantee specific rankings, search positions, leads, calls, or revenue.
9. Third-Party Services
Our services integrate with third-party platforms such as Google. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, communicated to active subscribers. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of our jurisdiction.
